Learn, Empower, & Grow
About Me:
Hello! My name is Hailee Windsor, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Nutritionist working in Washington State. I identify as queer and neurodiverse (ADHD), and I specialize in working with teenaged and adult folks who want to learn more about and embrace their neurodiversity, as well as those who want to work through their relationship to food, body, and themselves.
If you are a person who is struggling in their day-to-day lives due to transitioning, holistic mental or physical health, or who is recognizing that you are (or might be) neurodiverse and want to work towards understanding more about yourself and what you can do to improve your life, know that you are not alone and you do not have to take this journey without support. Wherever you may be, I want to meet you there and work together with you to take each step you want to take towards living the life that is valuable to you.
My Approach:
My approach to therapy is individualized, person-centered, and holistically focused on the different domains of health, and how different aspects of your life, your social exposures, and your unique experiences impact your wellbeing. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and I strive to never take a one-size-fits-all approach. My hope for my clients is that our connection and the therapeutic space is a safe container to process deeper needs and explore what is needed to connect you deeper to your intuition, which will ultimately guide you towards achieving your goals.
I also personally have a passion for nutrition, and as a certified nutritionist, I can bolster my holistic approach by considering each intersection of your experience that may be contributing to your health. Not just with the foods you eat and activities you do, but also by exploring how your relationships to food, body, and movement impact your overall experience as well.
